I’m starting to get the tendinitis in my left elbow now. Have had it in my right elbow for close to 8 months. MSM and Fish Oil seems to help but it doesn’t seem to want to go away. Hammer Curls or Reverse Grip Curls are the most aggravating factor.

No. Baseball but the Tebow reference is in relation to the fact I can’t seem to throw properly anymore.
We also play on concrete, if you could believe its a much better surface then the shit grass fields we would have to play in Brooklyn and Queens if we played on grass.
I know what you mean Todd, I picked up a bat and a ball for the first time yesterday it was awful, I felt like I was throwing left handed and Im a righty.
I realized today that I have been squatting every training day for so long that it feels wrong NOT to squat so I says to myself…“self, tears in a bucket fuck it! just stop your bitching and squat.”
Yeah bro, Ive become so accustomed to squatting every session it didnt feel complete w/o it, there will be some variation of the squat every session with the 5/3/1
I had that elbow thing too…I took a month off of doing the things that made it hurt. It sucked but it’s gone now.
I can still feel it wanting to creep on though… grr

My PR is 200lbs on OHP and I’m currently at 215lb so that might be a bit much.
You have me by a bit on DL I think, but I am going hard for a 500 pull by the end of March. What say you?
