Oh I know most athletes aren’t at those low of levels bodyfat% some are tho but most? No
4% bodyfat is when you;re on the coroner’s table, and they’ve used dissection tools to physically remove all fat form your body, under the skin, between organs, etc etc. So, when someone tells you they measured 5% but you can’t see their pulse throbbing in that vein in their forehead, or their heart beating through their insanely striated chest, and they’re not visibly shivering from their body’s inability to warm itself on a sunny day… you know they’re full of crap.

That’s Eric Bledsoe. Those aren’t the most flattering pics, and vascularity has a lot to do with genetics as some are super lean with little vascularity and some are a little pudgier and super vascular, so that’s not a great indicator. He’s definitely not the 5.whatever he was listed at the combine as, but I’d guess he’s realistically in the 10-12% range. You also gotta remember he’s not flexing or posing in any of those, he’s just chillin’. The craziest thing about him is his arm length related to his height. Dude has an orangutan wingspan.

@WhiteFlash Don’t matter if he’s flexing or posing when he was at Kentucky he was shredded that’s when I believe he was about 10% bodyfat he weighed 190 at the time you can tell he was much leaner then even if he was just chillin as you say,I threw a flexing picture of him back then as well
He’s now 210 and clearly not as lean he’s not 10% I’d say again 13-15% Still in good shape but the proof is right there

I disagree, because your only reply to any post that’s essentially asking “Why does it matter” is “Because” which is about the level of reasoning I expect from a small child and a line of thinking I expect them to outgrow in a short amount of time.
