What's Ronnie Up to These Days?

I often wonder what propels somewhat intelligent people to make extremely idiotic assertions. The fact that I opened this specific account in 09 makes me less perceptive - or whichever other superhuman prowess you may want to fill in here - than someone who signed up in, say, 07? Do I really need to enumerate all the flaws in your logic? I think you’re an OK dude, please don’t do this again.

Sorry for the hijack, its just that I fucking hate people who ego lift to claim they lift more than they actually can.

SHITTY FORM.

Just what the title says…
I watched the chest+bicep portion of his “Invincible” DVD on dailymotion just now… He looks smaller (still thick as a brick, of course) and trains significantly lighter (i.e. 355x8 or something like that rather than 495x6+ on the bench if I’m not mistaken… Didn’t look like he had more in him either) and apparently at home? (I have no sound on this pc, so no idea what he was talking about in the vid)

There don’t seem to be any real news on his official site (or maybe I’m just a retard when it comes to navigating websites) either… Last I heard, he got into legal trouble with that whole speeding ticket thing etc.

LOL at the Ronnie Coleman Pac Man scene. I would love to see someone like him going off at the local arcade.

He looks a lot younger with the hair/goatee going on, too.

Dude is still definitely living the lifestyle, which is cool.[/quote]

I don’t think he could stop living the lifestyle. Really, he just loves it, it seems, and looks a lot more at home doing that than Cutler (who seems to be unable to feel joy, or at least express it).

Hah, I was just wondering this since I just watched the Cost of Redemption DVD. That was hilarious what he ate: grits+egg whites in the morning, corn/cornbread/chicken/beans at Black Eyed Pea twice, and then steak, french fries and a potato at Outback steakhouse. At just about every meal… “mmm, off season food”

Nothing’s changed for these DVD’s. It’s still got the standard 90 combined minutes of Ronnie preparing his food and eating it while watching TV, followed by Outback later in the evening.

They probably show him eating just as much as they show him lifting.

It was actually pretty boring/monotonous to watch. But him lifting was, of course, pretty bad ass.

Well, the eating part was probably just as important to watch for beginners…
I actually like when they show what the guy eats per day (must have left some shakes etc out though in Cost Of Redemption).
You see almost everyone here obsessing over routines, but whenever they get asked about diet it’s “My diet is actually spot-on” (coming from someone weighing 160 lbs who has trouble getting stronger/bigger).

In regards to the waist, Branch said he stopped training abs for an entire year to get his waist down. Not sure about Cutler.

I like his massive box of pills, all unmarked

dunno how he remembers what they all are, and even how many he has to take of each, id need it all written down

Same - at least at first. He’s probably been popping them for years.

yup. that’s a crazy tackle box filled w/ candy. this one is for my colon and digestion, this lil’ yellow guy is for increased liver responsiveness, these two green and white pills are to keep my kidneys firm, and these here, well these is just some smarties, i take them after i row like 9 wheels a side.

RC was the greatest of all time, better than Arnie better then Haney and if you don’t believe it, fuck off.

He’s done though, i don’t think the lat or the tricep will ever be the same, he claims it’s neurological and not a tear, either way it will never be the same.

He did set the bar for freaky mass that WORKS, others have been freaky but don’t look right, e.g. Dillet or Ruhl and others.

AN ON KAI GREENE WINS THE O. all other guys can be spot on, but if Kai is equally sharp nobody can beat him. He apparently streamlined to create a look comparable to DEX and Heath stepping on the O stage at sub 250…he shouldn’t have. He’ll be big and freaky at 270+ on stage next yr., and nobody will be close.

The only guy who if at is all time best that gives Kai a run is Victor and Vic will never nail his condition, he hasn’t fully yet anyways.

Jesus christ

Lighten up. Grow a set. Or take a midol.

It was a damned joke. I found it humorous that you actually thought Tribunaldude was seriously ranting about perfect form. Deal with it

I heard he was in Kuwait recently where he was paid 150,000 Bahraini Dinars (I live in Bahrain) which is about 400k USD to inaugurate a gym

Many of them are but Ronnie had personality!

Ever heard of genetics? I think Ronnie has shit form too.

I remeber him saying during an interview that if you do the Ronnie Coleman weekend training experience (or whatever it’s called - it’s the thing where you go down to Arlington for a weekend and train and hang out with big Ron) that he takes everyone to the Black Eyed Pea for their for a meal or 3. And he also takes you to church with him on Sunday.

I would think that if one were to go to the Black Eyed Pea that it would be mandatory to get chicken with bbq sauce, corn, cornbread, and beans.

So that’s why you subscribe to this site, read this post and added a reply–because it is all so completely uninteresting? Wow.
