I think I know my flaws but I would like to get other guys opinion rather then my friends and people that see me everyday. Over the years I have seen many changes but it still is not enough. Here is my front not flexing and flexing. Please give your honest opinion because I still have a while to go and need to improve. Also I will post my back too.

P.S.: I am doing a bulk this winter and I will post some after pictures before I start maintaining.

You’re 5’6". That’s a bad picture for judging your development, but I can tell that your shoulders look like you’ve put some time into them. You’re 16. Basically, your body is still in the middle of being that of a kid and a man…so you haven’t even filled out yet.

For your age you aren’t doing that bad…but considering the wealth of information out there lately, I would expect the average 16 year old to make way better progress today than years back.

You make me wonder if you are even putting much focus into what and when you are eating.

So, to answer your question…everything is lagging…but people who lift will probably be able to make out that you do bench press and curls a lot.

You need more time and a little bit more focus on food and training.

I have been focusing on training a lot but I never focused on diet only till a couple of months ago did I and
I saw more progress then 4 months without a decent diet but yea I could have have way better gains I just never ate good or even enough.

You didn’t post a leg shot, so I’m guessing you either are embarrassed by your legs or think they are irrelevant/unimportant.

By that reasoning, I’m going to assume that your legs are ESPECIALLY lagging until you post a leg shot.

Agreed. Though most of us went through that “legs aren’t that important” phase at some point. Hell, I sure did, and it probably took me a lot longer to wkae the fuck up than it’ll take you. The sooner you realize they are, the sooner you will really see some gains. You’ve been working out for 3 years??? I’ll be honest, your progress doesn’t look like it. I think it’s time you started working out smarter. Do your research carefully, put a solid plan together, and stick to it! You’re young, so concentrate on bulking. Also, traps look like they could use some work.

I was going to do a leg shot but I don’t know why I did not do it, ill get right on it when I can.

Edit: I have been working out for three years but I was in 9th grade so I had a crap diet and did not know how to properly workout so for a good amount of time I was plateaued.
