Sorry, I know there was an article on this some time ago, but I couldnt find it on the search engine and trawling through the archives didnt help either urgh what a lame way to start a post sorry again!
I’m trying to figure out what other protein shakes I should take at what point in my day to maintain sustained high blood [amino acids], so I was trying to find the article about the proportions of slow-release:fast proteins in Grow! obviously Id rather use milk concentrate and calcium caseinate to cover me for periods when I dont need whey concentrate!
thanks, hope someone out there was paying more attention to it than i was when they posted that article lol

I think Grow! has both whey and casein. People here will suggest you use Surge after a workout, and Grow! as your basic protein shake.
Classic Grow! has calcium caseinate, whey protein concentrate, and milk protein isolate. Low-Carb Grow! has whey protein isolate, micellar casein, milk protein isolate, and calcium caseinate
If you click on the info next to the price of the Grow! it will take you to a forum where it shows the nutrition info.
