So what do you guys consider a good range for LH for someone not on TRT?

What ever gets the job done. If your Test level is 300 and LH is 2 then that is low. You could try and raise LH and see if the boys respond. You might get LH up to 5 and test 600 in a good scenario. I actually had these results so I know that having a LH of 2 is not going to cut it for me since that put me around 280.
So to answer your question everyone varies but LH needs to be at a value that gets the job done.
Yep. Could have high E2, DHT, etc that keep LH low via feedback even if T is low. Probably need to look at quite a few other variable to understand low LH. High LH and low T would be a pretty clear sign though.
