IMO… I really wouldn’t waste my time/money with Universal products.

I have had surgeries on both my knees. The product you mentioned is the best joint “formula” I’ve tried. People’s problems are different, and not everyone responds to the same supplements.

I would recommend fish oil anyway, as it keeps all kinds of inflammations down. Besides all the other health benefits. I am taking 20-30g per day of it.

But trying a portion of Animal Flex is not a waste of money in my point of view. I’ve tried other formulas, as well as purchasing glucosamine, chondroitin, hyaluronic acid, celedrine and msm on their own (those are the main “active” ingredients), and I’m back to the Animal Flex now, it’s more convenient and not noticeably more expensive.

Perhaps I should just double up on Flameout…take the 30 bucks I’d spend on a joint complex and buy another bottle of Flameout.

GNC’s Triflex is both effective and inexpensive. It has worked well for me, combined with Flameout.

It’s simply a combination of glucosamine, chondrotin, and MSM, derived partly from crustaceans.

Bone Broth

Gelatin

cissus Quadrangularis

i have used this for 3 months and i am pain free. i have tried just about every joint supplement out there and none of them have worked as well.

hope you have the same results.

If you take a bunch of supplements and still have problems then you need to adjust your training, and recovery.
