Joint Supplements

do joint supplements acaully work or are they just a waste of money?

Flameout makes the joints feel niiiice.

Yes, give Flameout a try you won’t be disappointed!

D

I’ll give Flameout thumps up as well.

My knees started feeling much better once I started using it.

Fish oil is THE joint supplement. As to whether it works or not, just do a web search for “Fish Oil Benefits” or something of that nature and you’ll get more info than you can handle.

Another Flameout vote.

I dont really feel anything from it, but I sure as shit feel it when I run out for a few days.

If want something joint specific, get Animal Flex.

Fish oil definitely.

Client of mine who has had a significant hip surgery takes glucosamine & chondroitin and says they have made a significant difference for him. Glucosamine is linked to some other negative stuff like lowered insulin sensitivity though, so it depends on the severity of your problem. If you just get some joint pain every now and then, take corrective exercise as far as it will take you. If joint pain is a really debilitating factor then it is probably worth it. Really depends on how your body responds. As far as glucosamine/chondroitin goes and whether its a waste of money or not, it really depends on the quality of the supplement from what I’ve read.

Aside from Flameout,

I highly recommend Andrew Lestman (sp?) Joint Effort. I have 2 blown knees and a busted up back but I feel just fine as long as I take his stuff, when I run out I start hurting all over.
