If I was to open your pantry or medecine cabinet or whatever what supps and nutritional aids(Surge, Grow!, etc) would I see? Just curious to see what everyone is taking…

Ahh yeah I got some Vitamin C and E as well…I keep a bottle of each in my pantry and a bottle of each in my gym bag

1 bottle glucosamine mix
1 bottle glutamine (bought a long time ago when I thought it was worth buying)
a bunch of maltodextrin
Got the Surge when I decided to splurge but now im using a maltodextrin/whey protein/glutamine/creatine mix post workout except for leg days then I use Surge. Will be using Surge exclusively in the future when I do the VD and need a solid PO shake.
My cabinet would be filled with Low Carb Grow! and Surge as well as Spike, Methoxy-7, and ZMA among other things if I could afford it but as im a poor university student I will wait.

Seems like alot of people are afriad of food and/or left that out. I’m not trying to rattle anyone’s cage but I have a question. why all the low carb grow? We need some calories here people. My turn:

I use Low-Carb Grow! because I like the texture and protein blend better than that of Classic Grow!. It’s pretty easy to get those 25g of carbs through food.
