I am looking for some advice on what type/dosage, of aas I should use for a ten week cycle. My goal is to have be able to recover from my strenuous workouts quicker, without putting on too much mass. Ive done some research and anavar would seem like the best choice here, but I am not going to be able to acquire that.
I have Inj Winstrol, Oral Winstrol, DecaDurabolin, and Test (all esters) to work with.
The advice I have received so far leads me towards a small dose of test cyp (250-300mg) per week. What would you advise?

Var is probably the best as stated by someone else, but you can’t get it…so…winny with a low dose test and a maintenance diet might be the best thing for your recovery goals.
I want to stay around 210, however during the season, I tend to lose weight and my muscles start to atrophy. My main goal is to keep the gains I have worked hard for all year, and not have to lift just to maintain during the season.
However, I don’t want to put on lots of weight, b/c i need to stay fast and quick. I am looking for a cycle besides anav, that will help me with my goals.
I forgot to mention for PCT I will most likley do the prisoner taper method, along with very small dosage of aromasin at the end, combined with nolva.
I’m doing 750mg/week (test e or c depends on my man) for ten weeks come August now. Your PCT shouldn’t be something that will likely consist of so and so. It should be a matter of fact, IMHO.

ok I am going go out on a limb here and tell you do not run any aas yet here are my reasons.
you are too young,20 is pushing it
at tha tage you still have plenty of natural test floating around and you can pretty much have great gains by just eating the right food and hitting the right training.
you have 0 (zero) understanding of AAS and what role they play in a routine,look into this for years if you have to but you are not mentally ready either.
you want to run AAS but you want to stay( lean and fast)
well I take that statement as you understand that steroids will make you big and bulky if you take too much and untill you can tell anyone why that statment is false then you again are not ready.
please do yourself a favor hit the biginers forums here and do your homework on AAS and then come back with a laid out cycle that you found on your own and then alot of people here will be willing to help.

Masteron, that is another one I wish I could get my hands on. But no luck.
I have done a 10 wk test E cycle, and saw excellent gains, PCT was test taper w/clomid.
But with the substances I have on hand, what would be the best for my goals.
Lillguy, I do take those in season, and still, the everyday grind kills me even with the strict diet, vitamins and stretching. I am looking to recover faster, and yes I know I will add mass, but Im saying that is not my main focus here.
Deca is great(200-400mg/wk) with a little Test(100-200mg/wk) or Proviron(50-75mg/d) for libido.
Test alone at 375mg/wk would be good.
Inj. winny would go well with the deca.
Shit, do this:
Test 375mg/wk
Deca 300mg/wk
winstrol 350mg/wk
this is much less than is normally recommended but is a very productive, complimentary and effective cycle. What gains you make will be mostly yours to keep with good pct and exercise post cycle…
Winstrol is strength and anti-progesteronic plus i believe it has SHBG properties?
Deca is a great drug - everyone loves nandrolone.
testosterone - above 250mg, less than 500mg… perfect for you.
a gram of gear per week is overkill for those goals and lack of cycle experience.
var in rotation, 4 on 4 off is what i would do for an athletic type cycle. even 4 on 2 off if you wish to be more aggressive. an alternative would be test in the 350-400 mg/week range with a low dose of AI.
