what kind of ways do some of you eat beans? i just read a package of pinto beans and 1/4 cup has 60cal/22 g of carbs/14g of FIBER!/7g of protein. i never knew beans had so much fiber thats crazy thats the most i ever read on a package of food.
i wanna hear some ideas of how to eat them so i dont get tired of eating them.

Black beans cooked in a pressure cooker are awesome. Red beans with calabasa (pumpkin squash,) are off the hook! Unfortunately for me they go well over white rice, which at this time is a no no. Just put “cuban black and red bean recipe’s” in your search engine and I’m sure you’ll get gads of recipe’s. A bottle of hot sauce adds kick to the food if you so desire. Careful…this food is tempting.
I dump 1 can of red beans, 1 can of black beans, and 1 can of diced tomatoes in a pot and let them simmer for a bit with black pepper and tabasco sauce. A scoop of this along with brown rice and ground beef typically makes up my post training meal.
