Hey guys I’m new to this site, but am looking to start an 8 week cycle. I am about 5’7 and weight 147lbs. My diet is clean and I lift about 5 days a week. My goal is anywhere between 5-10lbs of lean muscle. I know I want test in my stack but other than that I’m at a loss. Any help would be much appreciated.

I went on a really clean diet about 2 months ago and ended up dropping 10lbs. My goal is to take in 3500 calories a day but realistically averaging 2800. Really hard to take in a lot of clean calories.

the testosterone will help with that… there is no reason why you can’t eat enough to grow unless you can’t afford food… in which case you shouldn’t even be doing steroids
Why are you leading him in the way of a cycle Walkway. He weights 145lbs even at 155 he has not put on his time. I miss the forum that used to tell these ass holes to put in there time at 5’7 180 is not at all impossible natural. Op why are you looking to use gear other than the fact its a easy way to get 10-15lbs of muscle probably more as under trained as you are.
That’s all the more reason to let him do it all wrong and hopefully fuck him self up into oblivion. If he is that ignorant let him deal with those consequences.

Wow you all are really helpful thanks a lot!! Reed when i get to the fucked him self (himself) up into oblivion i’ll be sure to let you know. On a serious note Mr walkway thanks for the advice bottom line is eat more then come back when i’m at 180 right? Is that what you’re saying I should do?
No basically what you should do is put your time in the gym get under a fucking bar and earn some size first. Your just looking for a easy way out because you don’t have what it takes to do it the correct way. There girls in middle school who weigh more than you and have put in and have more if a right to run gear than you do. Stop being a puss and lift, eat, and sleep for more than a fucking month and then maybe I wouldn’t be saying half what I am.
No basically what you should do is put your time in the gym get under a fucking bar and earn some size first. Your just looking for a easy way out because you don’t have what it takes to do it the correct way.
