What to Eat With These Foods

I’m 5"1 and 16 and i weigh 110lb
I know that is small but because i’m short, my body doesn’t quite look in proportion, my legs are flabby and the bottom part of my stomach is the main thing i want to change.

I don’t eat a lot but i want to change my diet completely and gain muscle.

I know what foods i should be eating because i have been browsing this site for a while. I just don’t know what to eat them with.

If i had egg for breakfast, what can i have with it, because i don’t like the taste of egg on its own, same with tuna and many low carb foods. I would usually have toast and i eat a lot of cereal.
So please could i have some suggestions on what things i could have for breakfast and some meal ideas. Thanks

Oh and i also go to the gym 4 times a week

First, think of food as energy. It provides calories that your body burns for fuel.

Now, once you get that in your mind, it isn’t hard to just eat some stir fry for your first fuel up of the day (you called it breakfast).

If you want to eat eggs, mix it up with a bunch of veggies, some chicken, beef, turkey, then cover it with homemade salsa.

Enjoy.

CHEESE IS YOUR FRIEND. Make scrambled eggs or an omelate and and load it up with the what ARIOCH said.

would a lasagna be that bad to eat?

depends on your goals and body type.

would lasagna be good for me? no, I’m a FFB, i would be a FB.

Is lasagna bad for you? i don’t know.

Use the search function and fing Dr. John Berardi’s 7 healthy habits. Follow those. Don’t come back here saying, “Does “xxx” fit the rules?” Read the rules and understand them, then pick any food…do they fit the rules? if yes, then eat them, if no, don’t.

For now, here is a starter list of good foods for everyone.

-Beef
-Chicken
-Fish
-Turkey
-Bison
-Eggs (eat the whole thing)
-Cottage Cheese

-Green Vegetables (broccoli, spinach, green beans, lettuces, celery)
-Other vegetables (carrots, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes (fruit? vegetable? i don’t care)
-Fruit (apples, oranges, bananas, etc.)

-Sweet potatoes (after a workout)
-Brown rice (after a workout)

-Natural peanut butter
-Olive Oil or Avocado Oil (cook with this)

-Sauces/Condiments = homemade salsas, homemade guacamole, vinegar
-Spices = all

-Supplements = protein powder, fish oil, creatine

Go ahead, mix something from group 1 with group 2 anytime of the day. Add something from group 3 if it is after a workout. Drink a protein shake with creatine immediately after a workout.

That should get you started. Now go read and educate yourself.
