What to Ask for On a Blood Test?

Hello. I am getting a doctor to give me a blood test.

Due to poor abuse of steroids I have gone without doing bloods after 2 years of blasting / cruising at high doses and a trenbolone cycle.

I am fearing that my E2 might also be low.

What should I ask for on a blood test? I am not familiar with medical terms.

Full male hormone panel (sensitive e2), HCT, RBC, cholesterol, liver values, those sort of things.
