I don’t mean this to be offensive, this is honest advice from personal experience.

You need to lose 20-30 lbs. Lose that weight by upping protein and fat, reducing carbs, and getting your cardio in good order. As long as you are getting adequate protein, your muscle wont go anywhere, and your lifts should maintain. 3-5 pull ups will be a joke for you it’ll be so easy.

Once you get your bodyweight (and therefore body fat) down, your insulin sensitivity and body mechanics will be in good working order. The weight is your problem.

Get the weight down, then you can eat big and attack your goals – and you’ll be building muscle.

its norateen II… its “meant” to stop becoming catabolic, speed up fat loss and muscle gains. by naturally boosting test.

it contains:
Beta Ecdysterone
Methoxyisoflavone (non-androgenic estrogen blocker, angen blocker, anti-catabolic, anabolic)
Acetyl L-Carnitine (muscle-builder, performance enhancer
Alpha Lipoic Acid (protein shuttle product, glucose stabiliser, uptake agent)

to me it looks the same as REZ-V… but im no expert

i had some money and wanted to try something new… i was more of a newbie than i am right now.

doesnt explain the bleeding gums but explains everything else

seems the cure is losing weight which i am doing… but ive been heavier and never had this problem, so y act up now?

Also, if you can find a way to sleep more ‘upright’, that could help. Can you sleep sitting up or in a recliner?

Guess that rules out puberty!

Up to you. I applaud your efforts to lose the weight. As you probably know, many people in England/Ireland have estrogen problems – Poliquin has an article on the phenomenon.

Cut back on the alcohol (if a problem), and make every effort to lose the weight. Do this, and your body will reward you.

Unless, of course, you see a pro rugby career in your immediate future.

Best of luck.

Irish lad drinking while on holiday?
no way!!!
have fun and let us know whats up
stop taking tha tdamned test booster shit too
you dont need it and that is for certian

at early 20s you dont need to be messing around with your hormones in any way no mater how mild it is in way of test boosters.

a kid your age really dont “need” anything in the way of supplments
minus protein and fish oil that kind of thing is great for anyone IMO.

im 19. lol

meh i might even drnk all that much… the guys im going with, 1 is an internation youth rower and the other is a U23 international swimmer so they wont be drinking too much either

im ultra extrovert and confident (when ive slept :P) so i dont really need/use much alcohol.

i think ive only got 6 pills left anyway. so im going to take them for the next 3 days and then no more.

good ya its silly to waste them really seeing you taken an entire bottle anyways.

and rememebr all the off the shelf stuff is crap
I cant speak for Alpha Male I have never tried it but the rest is crap

i dont agree you need bulk in the form of fat for rugby- atleaset definitely not alot! i know professional props weigh 19 stone but most of these guys are have ALOT more muscle than you and you would be surprised at there actual bodyfat levels, look at Andrew sheridan for example- search google images, hes actually got ABS!

oh and what with the new ELVs props will need to be more mobile.

id rather it was all muscle too… but for the trial ive been told to come in at 19 stone or heavier…

Dont get me started on how shite sheridan is…

i had contemplated V-Dieting till about 18stone/18.5 stone then going on a Clean, low carb bulk style programe to get over 19 stone again.

rather him than john hayes though to be fair! lol. anyway- dont want to clutter your thread with that stuff!

whats the trial for- sorry if i just missed it? Fairly sure they wont weigh you so aslong as your strong and powerfull in scrums and rucks who gives? Also gotta throw the big weights explosively in any gym tests.

[quote]-ironman- wrote:

i dont see how ELV’s will have to lead to more mobile props…

yes there will probably be less mauls… but im used to that.

we play a 15 man game. i actually play 12 from 4 or 5 line out moves.

john hayes… better ore honest player. you wont see him all game but thats a good thing. hasnt missed a game in something ridiculous like 4 years. won 2 european cups!

sheridan can benchpress and not much else, tries to be a inside centre… fails miserably. reminds me of a bigger phil greening with hair.

trials for scottish unis… gym tect first then three weeks later fitness test then they pick 36 guys and then stream it to 30 for the year.

theres like 120 people going to it

Scott

Got an appointment today at 15.40.
