i use 5 “soft” pillows at home
and i think i sleep on my side…

1 soft and 2 hard pillows at uni. my fav pillow is a hard contoured memory foam pillow. but its at uni.

ive got 5 goose feather pillows at home i think or the cheap equivalent.

something i read on one of the snoring/apnoea websites said it was more likily if you slept on your side and/or drank before you went to bed.

forgetting sleep apnoea for a minute…
what else could i be facing?

and what should i ask the doc tomorrow? specific tests? etc… and what all should i tell him, like what is most relevant?

fish oil and food type ones are cool I mean like the HOT-ROX and stuff try not taking them a few days

both me and my sister has the same problems you are mentioning
cept the bleeding gums I thinks thats just a uk regional thing :wink: ducks

my problem is from my weight gain I now have high cortisol and low test kind of like something called andropause alot like menopause in women,higher fat,old age high stress that kinda thing triggers it.

my sisters problem is sleep aphnea how ever its spelled

we found this out cause I had blood work done and she had a sleep study done

maybe a couple things to ask about if nothing physical turns up then just take a break for a little while.

i have my own idea about the bleeding gums… i think it only happens on nights that i have been eating some form of nuts throughout the day… been sort of thinking back over the times its happened… is there any sort of disease/allergy to nuts that cause bleeding gum??

ive lost fat and dont think/feel/see hjow i could be majorily stressed. way more relaxed now than the last 10 months when i was at uni…

but theres something else to add to the list to add the doc.

BW squat
2*BW Deadlift - just started deadlifting and the numbers keep climbing
3-5 chinups, strict form
BW Clean and Press

look dude .as long as they are your goals and you hit them dont worry about the shit weight for your body weight crap.

never be satisfied always go for more I saw you struggle like hell on that deadlift you keep that up and you
will make it or blow a gasket trying

and clean up your squat a little bit your swaying a bit maybe lower the weigh tand bust out more reps.

well my rest is scheduled for the 15th-22nd july. im heading to belgium for a festival

so im trying to overtrain untill then

then when i get back, im thinking of changing to a push/pull/olympic day split.

  1. Push
    bench press
    squat
    Military Press

  2. Pull
    bent row
    chin up (starting with slow eccentrics since i cant do them yet)
    deadlift

  3. Olympic day
    Snatch
    Clean and Press
    Power Clean
    Hang Clean
    High Pull
    Romanion Deads

using some crazy rep/set like 8 triples.

do this for 4-6 weeks.

then ive got to switch it up to get some endurance in for rugby… so thinking 5x5 again after that

but back to my illness/tiredness. should i get test levels tested?

yes sir,testosterone levels you have serum levels and free test levels get both checked
have them test for cortisol and also e2 (estrogen)

there are also tons of other hormones they can check for along with your good and bad chelstrol(sp) liver function all that crap but be sure to ask for the tests I mentioned they may not include them because you are so young.

but as guys get a lil overweight there is an enzyme called aromatase that is found naturaly in the body but its found also in adipose tissue (fat) this enzyme basicly converts test into estrogen and the more fat you have the more aromatase you have hence the lower test and higher estrogen.
its good to have some of this but not too much

this is the jist of it anyways.
at your age though if there is nothing physicaly wrong with you then I assume that just keeping at it and loosing a little fat would help out alot.

but get looked at anyways.

no most test boosters are nothing more than herbal crap
trib infact to quote someone else here makes you horny as hell and not much else and 6oxo is just another word for garbage.

I mean ya they may work and bump up your test production to your natural max but then the aromatase will kick in.the more test you have the more it can convert. making you feel like utter shit

the stimulants is another issue (HOT-ROX caffine redbulls what have ya) something called adrenal fatigue look into that too thats why I said try not taking them for a while see if you feel better.

the choking in your sleep what helps my sister is the little breath right nasal strips,its a little elastic strip tha tholds your nose open
also sleep on your side or belly.

the narcolepsy you speak of isnt true narco its just being too tired from not sleeping and dozing off
untill your looked at though dont woory too much these are all things to look for and not realy things to be alarmed with.
