I am finishing up Athlete Lean Athlete Strong and I’m looking to continue cutting for a bit more. Should I restart at week 1 and run through another cycle of it or run something else? What other programs does Thibaudeau have that are athlete related? I’ve read over Jacked Athlete but just not sure where to go next. Thanks! Strength has gone up in all my lifts as well as athleticism feels much improved but with university starting next week and practice starting in 3 weeks not sure what to do.
If you lost weight and improved strength in all lifts and athleticism, why wouldn’t you run it again? Unless you are not motivated by doing again at all, I would recommend you do it again.

Won’t your coach(es) take over your training?
I’d run it again. Any other program that I publish are likely too demanding for in-season training. And as it was pointed out, if you progressed while cutting, why change?
