I’m close to the end of your Get Lean for Summer Program and I’m looking at the programs you have and trying to decide which program to transition into next. Is there one of these programs you would recommend over the other, as a follow up, or a completely different one? Thanks!!!

Athletic Performance Program - goal would be maintaining body weight with a calorie maintenance and focus on improving athleticism.

Type 2A Program - goal would be to add muscle with a slight calorie surplus.
I do notice that now, at 47 years old, that during a calorie surplus, the fat accumulates way too easily. I’m at my lowest body fat ever and I really like how I look and feel so that has me really looking at the Athletic Performance Program over the other.
If going with the Athletic Performance program, do you see any downsides of this as a training plan idea?
Finish the “Lean for Summer” program (6 weeks left) while adding in the “Explosive Add-On” program now. Then go into the “Athletic Performance” program.
If there aren’t any downsides to this, do you recommend that I do my “Lean for Summer” workout in the morning and the “Explosive Add-on” in the afternoon or use the Explosive Add-on as a neurological activation before my Lean for Summer workout.
