For example, Im going to start takeing my HOT-ROX Extreme when it arrives in the mail
would it be ok to take Power Drive and BCAA while takeing HOT-ROX?
and also should i be takeing a Portein supplament such as Metabolic Drive Complete or Power Drive?
I copied this from a artical on T-Nation called “How to stimulate maximal fat loss” written by Dave Barr
and this part caught my eye
“As already mentioned, this maintenance (or hypertrophy) of muscle mass is critical for us to keep our metabolic furnace burning as much fat as possible, for as long as we can. Some of the most successful people in the industry know the secret to dieting success is to maintain as much muscle as possible.”
What can help me to keep my Metabolic furnace burning?
Didn’t like the way your other thread was going, did you? Listen to rsg. It’s obvious you have a LOT to learn. Any supp you take right now might as well be dumped in the toilet cause they will not do you any good. Especially if you think high carb, low fat + lots of cardio and 15 rep sets is the way to “cut”.

Yes, taking BCAA’s which are aminos you would also get from eating a hunk of meat are fine to take with HOT-ROX Extreme. Power Drive should be fine as well. Here are the keys to healthy fat loss. Number one is calories in vs. calories out. If you eat more calories in day then you burn, even if it’s healthy cals, you will gain excess weight. You want to create a slight deficit.
For instance if your basal metabolic rate is 2500 cals per day you might want to only intake 2300 cals per day. This is a slight deficit and should translate to healthy fat loss. You should be getting your calories from protein, healthy fats, and low glycemic carbs. Combine this with a mixture of weight training at least three days per week and if you want some high intensity cardio like running or jump roping a few times a week as well.
If you cover these bases HOT-ROX Extreme will help to give you energy during your workouts and it will ramp up metabolism stimulating additional fat loss.
Finally yes, use Metabolic Drive to bolster your protein intake. Many people are very deficient in the amount of protein they get and by ramping it up it can help with muscular gains and also works to stabilize insulin levels and can also increase metabolism.
