Stack for Fat Loss & Muscle Gain?

OK,

I am reading articles on here and looking in the store and it seems like some of the products overlap. I don’t want to take too much of a fat-burner that i will start to jitter to death, and I want to make sure that i am getting the most out of my protein with the right amount of calories.

I am 32, 6’3 195 lbs. but after 2 months of poker and being sick for a month b4 that probably 15+ of that is fat. I usually have a good metabolism (very active), but with the poker I am not as active and I used to be. I haven’t even been in the gym in 3 months not counting a little cardio maybe 5 times.

I am going to start working out again, and exercising, (bike riding, rock climbing…etc). I work out with a friend who is a trainer/gym manager but he has a totally different physique (5’9 stacked) but we work out good together.

I was thinking of getting some type of creatine, taking BCAA’s, and Low-Carb Metabolic Drive. I would like to get to 200 lbs. and cut but i know this is going to take some work and help.

Should the creatine be powder mixed with the protein?

Which is the best fat burner combo. here bc i also see that there is fat burner in the REZ-v and Alpha Male and I was also taking the HOT-ROX or Spike, I don’t want to overload too much?

Should i stick with the Low-Carb Metabolic Drive or should the Metabolic Drive Complete be mixed in with it?

I have soo many questions and just can’t find the definite answers so any help would be appreciated. Along with any suggestions for the best way to go at this, ie…Lose the fat first or build the muscle and not worry about the belly yet…There still is some beach season left you know.

Thanks,

BRIKZ

P.s. I hear the Surge is the best stuff for after a workout, but my last order was the original flavor and I really hated the taste. Does anyone know if the other flavors are better?

Wow, that’s a lot of questions.

First, have you got your nutrition in order? Any supplement designed to help you lose fat won’t be effective if you are still stuffing your face with donuts.

Basic supplements that I live on include Flameout (omega-3s), BCAA’s and Metabolic Drive. I find I can always add carbs to a shake if I wanted to.

For help with fat loss you can look to HOT-ROX Extreme.

You might be lucky at this point and be able to get results like a beginner for a while, which means fat loss and muscle gain… but that is hard to maintain for any length of time.

There are also other supplements you can add in, but it sounds like things are a bit confused at the moment.

Yeah, sorry about all the questions.

I definitely am going to stop the stuffing of my face. That is one of the main reasons I want to find the best fat burning combo. I don’t want to overdo it and have my heart blow up, but i am going to need something so i don’t have that hungry empty feeling, and something that is working constantly before and after workouts. Need to get the right mix of supplements for the job and protein intake at the right time as well.

Thanks,

HOT-ROX Extreme = good

Maybe you should post in the beginner section?
