There are some exercises that focus on building the strength of one’s neck. I know many MMA guys and wrestlers who use this for bridging.
Imo tho you don’t need to focus on building one’s neck. If your deadlifting and trying to build muscle on your body those muscle get trained too.
Generally building your traps is a good start and the rest sort of takes care of iteself.

post some pics of you now at 215. That’s probably a better gauge than you at a buck 80. Thats 35 lbs or an appr 20% gain in mass, whatever that mass may be
Shrugs may help, but I’d go with heavy deadlifts and rack pulls if you haven’t been doing those. A steady diet of rack pulls and deadlifts will definitely bring up the neck area, not too mention the rest of the back.
I’m thinkning calves (don’t we all), and more thickness to your lats. Can’t really judge the traps from the poses though, maybe a crab shot?
Everything fits together well, but you actually look a little narrow in these pics for 5’9 and 180 (maybe it’s just the combination of the tan, and looking hungry -lol)

id say the same thing too really. overall you have a good physique i dont know, i must not have developed “the eye” yet cause i think all you really need to do is just add more mass overall in order to have a better physique. i dont see anything too weak or anything over dominant. youre very balanced so i figure adding more everywhere will just give you a better version of what you already have but Gerdy competes and i guess CC knows a thing or two too.

Agreed for the most part. I would work on back thick (traps) and quad sweep if i were you, though.
