What Should I Be OH Pressing?

lol Dont worry if I come in fresh im in the 225 range for bench but cant strict press more than 115x2. Mine sucks dick too

Based off of this you should be somwhere between 175lbs and 235lbs depending on where you are on the bell curve exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/PressStandards.html

Based on this T-Nation article 225 is great and anything over 165 is good. Strength Standards: Are You Strong?

I’m peronally 195lbs and just hit 170lbs for 6 today, but I have been doing a modified version of 5/3/1 for 2+ years, which puts a lot of emphasis on the press.

My goal is body weight for 8+ reps. 225+ for a single would be nice too.
