What Routine Worked Best For You?

I used Staley’s EDT when I was trying to get back into this seriously after years on and off (mostly off). I was trying to make it a lifestyle and, have to admit, didnt think I would get there. EDT gave me a taste, and what really helped is that EDT left me feeling really invigorated after a workout, just full of energy and sessions seemed to fly by. Plus the PR concept really got me to looking forward to my next workout, really ingrained a sense of mission, of accomplishment and purpose with each session.
