ok a meal replacement shake im asuming is to take the place of a meal correct? like i could take this instead of one of my smaller meals. im thinking about taking Grow! Whey. what do you guyss think of that one? do you think it is the best out or are their better?
protein shake is for post workout? im gonna take casein and whey concentrate. I read in one of the articles that is the best. is that true? and what should i take it in milk and fruit?
finally what should i take pre workout?
