What Naturals are Truly Capable of...

Hmmm wrong till proven right. Never heard that before. Here are your search terms. Trenbalone acetate estrogen now go forth and gtfo

Guys, guys, guys.
Can we stop this none sense?
Lets get back on topic about how you can’t see vascularity in black people.
It’s a good thing bodybuilders intentionally lighten their skin asynchronous as possible to display the vascularity better.

Researched for two years and juiced to the gills ;). But yet know nothing

Offseason pic but I think I maybe see one vein?
I’m not sure if this counts though cause he’s kind of light skinned?
It is a bad quality photo and it is from far away and zoomed in so it’s tough to tell.

You are just here to mock people?

Interesting.

I gave Brick a compliment on his legs…in turn he questions mine, calls me a liar and keeps posting pictures as if my stats don’t match up.

I am not here for mocking people like that.

If you are, maybe you are in the wrong place.
I actually am thankful for the compliment. Seriously! I left that out of my last post and I apologize for that.

If I recall correcly, I said ā€œmanyā€ are or was implying that, though not all.

Honestly I find it hilarious that still at this point X still thinks he has more muscle than pretty much every natty pro and the pictures that Stu posted. Along with the guys who just play bball and eat mcdonalds all day who are bigger than fitness models.
This comment is off. I never made any such claim.

I simply gave my stats. Where are you seeing me make this claim?

Further, why lie about me doing so?
Was waiting for this.

Do you want me to write this out in crayon for you, or type slower (had to go there haha)? But seriously, the whole point of the limits thread etc. was you saying that you’ve passed these supposed limits, even going back to that casey butt thread where you specifically stated that you’ve passed his limits.

Now these natty’s that Stu posted fall within said limits, therefore because you said you’ve passed the limits that means you’ve (albeit indirectly) said you’re bigger than them.

Why, why, why does every single one of these threads end up with pictures of Professor X in them? Who cares at this point? Really, who the hell cares how ā€œbigā€ his legs are? Who gives a shit how ā€œdevelopedā€ his ā€œreally huge musclesā€ are? Come on, guys.

We all spend so much damn time with this shit we never actually make any progress as far as actual discussion and helping one another. Yes, X seems to need to prove himself to people. Yes, he will say that this isn’t true. And, yes, he will then continue to try and prove himself to people. Just ignore it. For real, the guy is 37 years old and spends his whole day arguing with guys (many of whom are much younger than him) about how his way is the best way and how he is so much bigger than almost every other poster on this site.

What does that accomplish? It makes most on this site unable to stand him and resistant to any type of advice he tries to give. It’s ironic: X constantly claims that he is trying to help ā€œnewbsā€ (hate that word) reach their goals, and yet, the way he goes about this makes everyone reluctant to take his help at all. If he was serious about helping others he wouldn’t spend so much time searching for validation.

That’s his problem though. When everyone else goes for the bait we just lose that many more useful posters to this shit. Really, I’d love to be able to have a discussion with Brick, Utah, Smashing, Stu, etc. etc. etc. However, the site is being chipped away at by this kind of crap and I feel like we are all losing great opportunities for discussion to shit threads like this (Sad because it started out well).

Funny thing is if I’d see all the arguers here in the gym id be happy to ask any of you for tips as you’re all doing pretty good imo

Lol a bit at competition ready aas using pro bber photos for vascularity, a bit over the top no?

Maybe these threads are all for the lulz though, not to be taken too seriously

Was a time here when almost any question was answered with something like ā€˜squats and milk’, that went round and round too

I’m going to remain without an opinion, but riding on J. Prufrock’s rant, if you all really had a problem with X, it’s called ignore. If you are fan of the Simpsons, in the Treehouse of Horrors episode ā€œAttack of the 50 foot eyesores,ā€ they just ignored them and they went away.

Until that happens, I enjoy the entertainment of the back and forth. Proceed.

there is still absolutely no basis for your claim

you appear to be referencing studies done on cows? that is what your search terms resulted in. I am sure you are aware that cows are not people, and you can’t expect results in animals to remotely resemble results in humans… try giving clenbuterol to a horse, then clenbuterol to a human for example.

I sincerely hope that you were not expecting these studies on animals to support your claims? If so, you are more misguided than I had previously thought.

Please correct me if I am wrong…

I suppose you are going for irony here? if so, well done.

On the subject of limits…

I don’t think that knowing your estimated limits is such a bad thing. Knowledge is power, and in this case you could use that knowledge to better plan your path to greatness (whatever that may be).

For myself, I had no real idea what to do on the dietary side. Bulk… cut… maintain. No idea. I honestly thought a 5’7" male with my frame size could achieve 200-220lbs of lean mass at 10% BF through successive bulk/cut cycles.

Using those estimates, I now have a good idea what I can reasonably expect to achieve and how long it will take to achieve it. I’m not going to be surprised when my growth starts to slow down, and I’m not going to continually throw myself against the wall trying to ā€œeat through the plateauā€ only to diet down to the same size again and again.

I’m not saying I’m going to accept those estimated limits as factual ones… but I will program more intelligently as I approach/surpass them.

Just do what everyone else does, listen to Stu, Utah, Smashing and Brick and keep PX for laughs.

Or you could put him on ignore.

If you do choose to go down the path of ignoring him though you wont be invited to the Great Fifty Thousand Post Party that TNation have planned for him when he reaches that landmark sometime in the next two hours by his current post rate

Sounds like a smart approach. Most people don’t realize how big someone can truly be when they’re honestly carrying a lot of muscle, not simply a lot of ā€˜size’. It’s not meant to limit anyone by realizing what has been accomplished by others, it’s simply a useful guide. Before I ever stepped onstage, I made a list of guys who I thought looked impressive at similar heights. That gave me a ballpark of stats to measure myself against. It was never limiting, but instead something to strive to be better than.

Also, I’m not saying that everyone must diet down to competition levels of bodyfat in order to ascertain how much muscle they truly have, because it’s really a hell of a lot of work, and most people couldn’t do it. Rather, I am saying that everyone who has indeed toughed it out, and dieted down (slow, intelligently, and avoided the unnecessary loss of muscle that accompanies most poorly performed cuts) comes to a serious realization about how big they really weren’t. Those who are secure in their sense of self will usually admit to this reframing of their perceptions.

I find that the limit to natural peanut butter is 2 tablespoons per serving. 3 is obviously using assistance to achieve past what is on the label.

The limit in PB is the jar=1serving

Someone makes a claim of ā€œmy __________ is ____ inchesā€
Some posters who don’t believe that ask for a photo showing the measurements.
It’s not much different then claiming a 500 pound bench, very very strong but believable, and people asking for a video.
idk… that wilden guy was boasting a 3 plate bench (lol)… I asked for a video and he never delivered…

I just went on with my day
I’m so sorry I didn’t comply with your demand man. Want any other videos? Vidoe of me stepping on the scale to verify my weight too? Picture of my d? Anything you want, I’ll get that for you asap because I really have a lot to prove to some stranger on the internet.

Any FYI I wasn’t boasting, my legs are garbage and doing 315x1 isn’t exactly lighting the world on fire for bench when that’s what you focus on for a while.
