oh and btw i could post some pictures of myself that make me look a hole lot bigger and less ethiopian, but the hole point was to show u the bones sticking out near da shoulders.[/quote]

The response would still be the same. I know you feel like you have a weak point, but you don’t. You just don’t have enough muscle generally, and your shoulders are in proper proportion to the rest of your body. Look at pro boxers… they have big legs, lats, calves, everything.

I get annoyed because i used to be ALOT bigger and i went for the quick weight loss option of not eating. I was like 16 and didnt even think id lose muscle at all…looking back now i know if i did it in the gym while eatting too, i wouldnt be in this situation.

Rippetoe’s Starting strength is the program for you!!

There is most of the info you need about the program. Overhead pressing will develop your deltoids like nothing else as a beginner. The power/strength you’ll gain in this program will be amazing and incredibly helpful with your boxing.

I have been in the program for less than 3months and i’ve added more than 100pounds to the deadlift, 95pounds to the squats, 45 to the bench press, 35 to the overhed press, 50 to the rows. All this while losing 4% BF and 11pounds. I can only imagine how well one can do while eating to gain.
