What motivates you to work out?Why do you do it?
Also what items help to motivate you. What book, person, movie, music?
(also this is off topic but does anyone know good prison movie, but not of the gay kind)[/quote]
For me, its that glory you get. Im in high school and I always wanted to be the guy that every High School fan knew about. To be on the news in the “Sports Spotlight” (they interview you and your teammates and stuff) I have a little brother and for teachers to say “You are Carsen’s little brother? Wow, he was an athlete.” Just stuff like that gets me running and lifting everyday.
I workout because I want to be lean and fast.
In my head I think of myself being able to do 100 one hand push ups at once and do pull ups easily.
I have also had day dreams of things like being trapped in a burning place, and the only escape is a hole in the roof, but I can’t lift my bodyweight up to escape so I die.
Here is another great long term goal to have for appearance, I don’t know if it is possible to achieve and hold or not.
Being able to deadlift 700lbs would be real nice too.
Another dream has always been to be able to run far and fast.
Hot bi-sexual girls that want to have sex with me and their girlfriend’s.

Your apology isn’t worth much if you haven’t done a search to find out if in fact this topic has been done. Did you search? What did you look for?
Furthermore, why are you asking complete strangers for inspiration? How do you know that the next John Wayne Gacy isn’t waiting out there to plant a seed in that little mind of yours?
As an alternative, I suggest you read. Sound familiar? Read every article that Dan John and Chris Shugart have written on this website. I suggest you start with “Merry Christmas, Bob” for motivation:
Overall health, was VERY lazy through out high school, after graduation I saw I needed to change that, had a few setbacks but finally have a set plan to obtaine my goals.

Off your meds are you? Well, when you finish with the tantrum (and are back on the meds) I still suggest you read the article I provided a link to.

Failure motivates me…not being able to do something or lift a weight, meet a certain goal, only fuels my fire and drives me to success for my next workout…
