For the last several years my chest has always looked bad. I have no idea what to do to fix it. Looking for any advice I can get. Do I just need to cut and shed some of the fat? Do i just have a weird chest? Please critique and give me advice!!!
You have no chest. Do more chest work.
DYEL? Your shoulders look bad too. And your arms. I’m seeing a trend…
Flaming aside, it’s not like your chest is lagging behind everything else. You just don’t look like you work out. Nothing looks trained.
Disco pumper.
Honestly whatever you’re eating now, eat 3x that and start working out, that’ll probably help
Pectus Excavatum, aka funnel chest. They’ll have to cut you open and stick either bits of metal or plastic in you. Srs.

Could well be pectus excavatum; though the angle of the photo is sub-optimal.
are you guys serious? It doesn’t look like that at all. His chest looks like he’s a skinny dude. That’s what I used to look like. It looks nothing like the second pic. His pic doesn’t have the concavity at the sternum/below the sternum. Seems like a weird assumption based on 1 picture anyway, no need to freak OP out.

Yeah, you could be right. It’s a strange angle.
I just feel like jumping to a “You need surgery bro!” type of conclusion, based on 1 picture, by someone who is not a doctor, is a big problem (Grumpig more than Consul).

Yeah, I agree. I didn’t mean to worry the OP.
Just put on more lbm, as of the pectus excavatum, I’ve seen much worse. Nothing to do about it, except an operation… If you’re able, don’t stress it too much.
I have pectus excavatum. If you put some mass on it’ll actually make your chest look a bit more ‘defined’. But I don’t think you have it.

No! Definitely was not serious and my post was made entirely in jest, assuming troll status of the OP (just joined, 1st and only post is of pictures of his skinny ‘chest development’, recent influx of troll posts on the site, etc.).
Apologies to OP if he is legit, but I sincerely doubt it.

lol, got ya. I take his post to be more about confusion and less about trolling.
Correra91, we got the same chest dude (extremely slight Pectus Excavatum)… my photo is at year two, I am not taking another photo until year four, IE: it will take us longer than others… BTW Pauly-D has Pectus Excavatum and he’s looking ok
.
You have no muscle.
Eat more.
Lift more.
Come back and post new pictures in 4-6 months.
Um…wow. You need surgery, bro…
