Hi guys,
Been quite a while since I’ve been on, and when I tried to log in, my username (Itchy)/password doesn’t seem to work anymore…so I created a new account to ask this question.
So, my roommate came out of the bathroom last night and I immediately noticed she was acting strange (as in very high). She kept saying nonsensical things and then seemed to forget what she had said when I asked her what she was talking about, and she seemed intensely relaxed/kept closing her eyes and making cooing noises, and repeatedly tried to get me to have sex with her.
A little while after she came out, I went into the bathroom and the first thing I saw was a disposable insulin needle on the counter (she is not diabetic), and then I found this little glass vial–the kind with the rubber top for injectables.
The vial was unlabeled. It was the kind you can buy off ebay or whatever.
It contained a clear, non-viscous liquid and there were several dark specks floating in it, plus a lot of smaller, light colored specks (the light colored ones don’t really show up on the video). My first thought was that it might be a pill dissolved in solution, and that what I was seeing floating around were the binders, but I’m just guessing.
I will post the video next.
Does anyone have any ideas? I’m going to ask her when she gets home today, but I’m hoping someone might have some input for me before I talk to her.
I think it might be wise to discuss this with her before bringing it here. If you don’t believe her response, this might be more warranted, but currently it comes off as a violation of trust.
I understand your concern, but you do live with her… best not to sour a relationship IMO
I would normally agree, but the thing is I kind of already do expect her to lie to me…because she already has. We had a conversation recently about drug use and she straight up told me that she could never inject herself with anything and is terrified of needles.
@Californiagrown I’d ask if you’re on drugs for making a comment like that, but you already cleared that one up for us.
@Itchy2 It is not possible to identify the contents of that vial visually. There’s a lot of clear fluids you can inject to get high. If this is just a roommate, I’d suggest looking for an exit sooner rather than later. IV drug use doesn’t tend to play out well at all. A roommate is someone who is in a position to disrupt your life significantly. Think of things like theft, not paying bills, bringing seedy people around, compulsive lying, losing control of behavior, being careless and damaging things, accidentally burning down the house, not to mention increased disease risk if you’re banging an IV drug user.
This is an alarm bell going off in your life right now.
Even twistier plot twist- OP started this thread as a dodge because the roommate is already in his freezer and he knows that they’ll investigate his internet activities searching for her.
For the most part a drug like molly is relatively benign when used seldomly (like under 1-3x/yr). I can back up my claim here with a fairly large pool of data
Molly isn’t usually taken IV… I’ve heard of someone doing this once
It COULD have been ketamine or some sort of opiod/opiate. Ketamine isnt usually taken IV, but it can be and it’d fit the bill for nonsensical talking, loss of inhibition.
The “closing her eyes” variable makes me think opiates though.
