Hey anyone got that black and white picture of the chick squatting. She is going real deep and her shorts, if you can call them that are halfway up her crack. She is going real deep too, I been looking for the last hour on google for it but can’t come up with it. I know one of you guys has it, someone has it. Anyways, when someone posts that pic, thats the perfect squat.

This is an excellent article. Sometimes I would just reread this to make sure I haven’t missed anything important. Doing this consistently would add more weight to your squat due to the squat becoming a second nature movement.

Funny you mention that, I follow her blog and she claims (thru DEXA) that she maintains 7% (her highest weight from what I understand was 121).
