I’m bulking and eating anything I can get my hands on. I know you’re supposed to eat 6+ meals/day but I couldn’t eat for 4 hours before dinner, so i had to make up for it. I’m sure I’ll get blown out of the water but I’m interested how many calories you guys have packed into a single meal.
For me, 3000kcal in a meal at Chili’s.
-Order of Buffalo Chicken Wings 1290kcal
-Cajun Chicken Pasta 1710kcal
-Water, no soda
O.o healthy bulk is not in your plan huh? well. i had… like… ohhhh… 500g of walnuts at one go before. then… i felt like dieing. but it spread through for a few hours. hahah. idono how many calories that was. but i had comments the next week. “hey i didnt notice. but did u put on weight?”
easily 10k+ at some buffet
But I’ve done like nearly 10k in like 8 min with some bet to eat ton of burritos from el pollo loco.
I don’t know how thin you are but just eating a ton of crap calories isn’t best idea for bulk.
6 pounds of lasagna.
No idea how many calories.

thats pretty damn impressive. Ya im 6’2" 170 and i just need to eat. i rarely eat this bad- normally i have something like chicken breasts w/ brown rice and vegetables or steak and potatoes for dinner.
2 lbs of chicken breast with half a loaf of ezekiel. Mix in a bag of spring salad and you have my blow up or die trying bulk a while back. I try to keep my calories as clean as possible when I bulk. I know a couple of guys that eat half a pizza or 3 double doubles in one sitting. Tell em something and its always, “Shut up, I’m bulking.”
A dozen donuts, a DiGiorno pepperoni pizza, and 3 snickers bars.
Must’ve been over 5k calories.
Its really not that hard to get in a lot of just calories of crap when you include horrible junk like candy, ice cream, cake, ext. I’m sure many have just eaten tone of junk like that before and gone 5k+ very easily in few min.
If you think taking in 3,000 calories in one meal on a ‘routine’ basis is a good idea for bulking, you’re mistaken. (I meant to emphasis routine so this doesn’t turn into another fast food debate).
My normal large meal consists of 790 calories, where I usually take in 600-700 per meal.
My non-normal meal can consist of about 2,200 calories (Red Baron Pep. Pizza and a Ben n Jerry’s ice cream)
