Most You've Ever Eaten in a Day

Someone had to ask…what’s the most you’ve eaten in a day?

Probably 7000-8000 calories. Normally I average 4000-6000.

not really sure, but during a Redskins games I’ll down a pizza (1200 calories) and shortly after down a Ben n Jerry’s (1100 calories).

as far as eating “clean” foods, the other day I reached my highest of 4600 calories

6000 calories in one day did it for a month…bad idea

God, we went to an amazing Thanksgiving buffet at the Four Seasons this year. I think I easily could’ve put down 7000 calories in that one meal. Not counting the 5 glasses of wine. I gained 15 lbs in one day. But only 1 or 2 was still on a couple days later.

Must have been around 6000 calories, it was back when I didn’t pay attention to what and how much I ate and drank.

I usually get between 4000 and 4500 calories a day now.

10,000. Thanksgiving.

I just ate a shitload at breakfast.

not sure exactly the caloric amount, but I ate my bodyweight in food on Thanksgiving.

Easily 10,000 calories. I was drinking 2 pints of cream a day.

Easily Christmas '06. I had to have had well over 12,000 calories that day. I literally did nothing but eat cookies, pie, ice cream, sasuages, candy, ham, and everything else you eat on Christmas all day long. There wasn’t a span longer than 3 minutes where I wasn’t eating something.

I was eating 7000 calories per day just to maintain ~250lbs at one point, and that was mostly clean food. As far as a binge, I never counted calories, but I’ve killed easily 5000 cals in one meal before, and had repeated such meals 2-3 more times that day. Here’s one of those days I actually wrote down:

Breakfast

One large box of frosted flakes with whole milk, topped with Hershey’s syrup to taste.

Lunch

Pizza Hut buffet, probably equating two large pizzas

“Dinner”

1 large bag Doritos
2 pints Ben & Jerry’s
1/2 bag Oreos
1 box Nutty Bars
1 pint chocolate milk

Of course I ate some cookies and protein shakes between meals as I got hungry. This was when I was under 200 lbs. I eat so much every day now that I don’t think I could eat this much in one day unless I cleared out my system first.

Don’t know the calories but during SuperBowl this year I ate a huge homemade “Rothelisburger” with more than 1 pound of minced meat. Was pretty sick.

I’m not sure how many calories it was, but I had over a pound of ground beef + orange juice and toast for meal 1, showered, got ready for school, drank a protein shake made from whey protein, half and half, and several scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream… drank a half gallon of chocolate milk before noon… ate two school lunches, had another pound of ground beef when I got home, snacked on fruit all night, then ate a medium pepperoni and pineapple pizza from Dominos.

probably a max of 3500 or 4000 calories… U guys eat 1 meal with more calories than that…

Same here, chinese buffets and CiCi’s pizza make it easy.

I think your underestimating man, you never go out and have a celebration feast? One subway feast with double meat is over 2k calories and thats just one small footlong, imagine all you can eat kind of deal then throw in junk food.

well ive probably eaten like 1200cal in 1 meal (4 pizza pops) or something, but yea, i dont eat much, thats why i was so pissed on why i gain weight.

At celebration feasts theres usually brown food, and i dont like it too well lol so yea, dont eat much
