I’m looking to try a supplement but I would like to know what the best is with out losing it all when i’m done with it i’m looking to gain size and strength too.
I mean when your off the supplement you lose a lot for example if you get up to 320 on your bench on the supplement you might lose some when your off.
What supplement have you taken, that you’ve “lost it all” after stoping? Most supplements are food products, nothing magical. You most likely need some good old fashioned food.
i agree. the vast majority of your results will come from your diet and workout. if you are not progressing you should adjust one, the other, or both. don’t use supplements as a crutch. other than a multivitamin and fish oil i would recommend fine tuning the basics first and foremost.
well I’d reccomend making sure that your diet and workouts are in order first before worrying too much about supplements. The only “supplement” that would cause you to lose it all after getting off of it would be steroids and HGH. But I would reccomend protein powder, creatine, multi vitamin, and fish oil.
yah i agree jusat lift heavy and eat Alot of clean food …you say that you loose your gains after getting of a supp??? that sounds like steroids of PH…not exactly your run of the mill supps…
