I have been reading the forum lately and i’ve seen Refeed a lot. I have no idea what a Refeed is, could someone please help me out?

Refeed, or “planned cheating”: the act of “refeeding” the body after several days of below caloric intake or a ketogenic diet (low in carbohydrates). Here’s an article that best explains this process:

No, not really.
A refeed refers to eating carbs after a period of low ( or no) carb dieting. Typically, you go low-carb for 6 days a week, and then one day you get to eat all the carbs you want, more or less. Some plans allow for 2 days of refeed.
A refeed is what we call a pig out to make ourselves feel better.
