Gents, do some reading on Glutathione. It has my attention, but the great thing that it may do won’t necessarily be “felt”. However, it might be a key element in longevity.
Other than that, TRT is no brainer to me. Others have different opinions. Red yeast rice is amazing for cholesterol, I have blood work to back that one up.
But overall, yeah you gotta just get your shit together and grow the F up…still working on that
Stop drinking alcohol and getting more sleep seem to be the two most important supplements but still trying to test that out myself.
