What is 5s PRO?

I understand that there is no AMRAP sets, however what I’m not sure about is if you would do sets of 3 reps on week 2 or if it is still sets of 5 just with slightly higher % than week 1? Same for week 3, do you do 5/3/1 or still sets of 5 but just higher % than week 1 and 2?

You keep the 5/3/1 week to week percentages as written but you do sets of 5 every week. @T3hPwnisher compared this to Dan Johns “Easy Strength”, where you are practicing a skill, and that made it click for me

Just to continue to simplify: it’s called 5s pro because it’s “5s progression”, so it’s sets of 5. If you did sets of 3, it’s be 3s pro. 1s is 1s Pro.

Every working set is a set of 5.
