What Has Been Your Most Satisfying / Unsatisfying Strength Training Autobiography or Biography

Hi all,

Just wondered. Here are some of mine (not in any order):

Liked:

  • American Odysseus - Little (if a bit strong on portraying Mentzer as some sort of flawed hero)

Strongman: My Story - Eddie Hall

The Education of a Bodybuilder - Arnold (my 18th birthday present - many moons ago)

Gentleman on the Door - some British doorman

Disliked:

  • Bigger Crocodiles, Faster Planes, Younger Women - Szimanski (unreadable with so many footnotes)

Nautilus: The Lost Empire of Arthur Jones - Gary Jones (just badly written and boring)

I’m sure there are more.

I thought William wrote this book

He did (under the name Edgar)! Thanks for spotting my mistake.
