Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to lose some belly fat and I’ve heard that certain fruits can help with that. Does anyone know which fruit is the best for burning belly fat quickly? Any personal experiences or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
The “750 calorie daily deficit” fruit does this best.
Recommend one a day coupled with exercise.

Apples, whole rather than sliced.
High in pectin, which binds with water and limits the amount of fat your cells can absorb. Apples are also high in fiber, which makes you feel full.

For me it’s the red lobster diet but I will only eat the cheddar bay biscuits
Two Waffle House All-Star meals for breakfast and then eat a peach.
Put an apple at the top of a hill.
Sprint up the hill, then walk down.
Repeat five times and then eat the apple.
