Heavy behind the neck presses tore up my shoulders pretty bad… when I was younger… Ummm… that and dips… hurt my shoulder pretty bad on those… went to deep… didn’t warm up enough…
I don’t like upright rows
squat rack curls. Powerlifter punched me in the throat.

I currently have some thigh/hamstring soreness I have yet to determine the cause of. I suspect sprints but I don’t know for sure. Doing the same movements as deadlifts and squats don’t cause pain but who knows. Sucks though!!! I have had an entire week off and did a light upper body workout last night but still have pain. (wah!)
I have an appointment with a new massage therapist tomorrow, hopefully he can help.[/quote]

Ah yeah, uh I can help with your thigh/hamstring thing.
Now that I think about it, my quad tendinitis is probably due to cleans…when I let go of the bar I’ve had it bounce against that nook above my patella many times, and one time I remember it hurt pretty bad.
Goddamn cleans…
My right shoulder nags at me from something I did to it doing Muscle-ups. Before I could do them correctly, I would get one arm “up” into dip position at a time, always my left first and then my right. It took me awhile to realize what that motion was doing to my right shoulder.
Weighted chins = elbow tendonitis. I was blindly following a routine without paying attention to what my body was telling me. That was stupid. 4 months later and I am not yet 100%.
Cock pushups and and falling backwards on a front squat when I was testing it out.
