I get the basics; meat and lots of it, veggies, fruits, nuts, no grains, etc.
But could someone who has followed the diet post what a typical couple of days look like for them? I’d appreciate it.

“The diet” is an issue because it seems many of the paleo guys are split into differing views on what is and what is not paleo.
It’s like a religion(both literally and figuratively for some)… there isn’t just Christianity, you’ve got your Lutherans, Catholics, Mormons etc

^This. No two people in the paleo or primal communities are going to eat the same (that’s an exaggeration, but I think it gets the point across).
Some of us include grains (sprouted for example). Some include dairy products. Being really strict says no peanuts or cashews, I sometimes will eat cashews in a trail mix, and will eat peanuts or peanut butter in a pinch. Some are against saturated fats, I love them.
I think it’s more important to just try different things and find what works for you.
I do paleo, and here are some of my go to meals:
Eggs with onion, pepper and spinach
Salad w/turkey, avocado strawberries and almonds. EVOO, lemon juice, and herb dressing
Turkey burger w/salsa and guacamole (no bun)
Zucchini soup w/some sort of protein
Spaghetti, but instead of noodles, I use julienne cut zucchini (some say this is a no go on Paleo, as tomatoes and other nightshade veggies are the product of agriculture, but geez, who ever got fat from eating too many nightshade veggies?)
Turkey meatloaf muffins w/ broccoli and salad
Salmon, roasted broccoli and asparagus
I eat sweet potatoes PWO.
I hope this helps.
Shit man I though we were supposed to eat cavemen. No wonder so many people lose weight on it. Cavemen are hard to come by these days.
