What Do You Think?

I have been on and off training for 10 years.
I had a bad streak of non-training and over-eating and so reached a weight of 280 LBS 4 years ago (not because of muscles) - will spare you of any before pictures!
Has been a struggle to get it off again and it seems to be very easy for me to put on weight as soon as I stray from my healthy diet.

Until 1 year ago just going to the gym without thinking about nutrition etc and didn’t really get any results.
Then I started to get more “serious” about training instead of just fooling around and more importantly started picking up nutritional advice from this site.

Basically aim to be bigger and leaner and come to a state where I don’t have to diet all the time.

Current stats:
Age: 30
Weight: 190 LBS
Height: 6’1"

Comments welcome. Cheers.

Why do people constantly use the rate my physique forum as their first post? Just a side question.

Anyway, you’ll never be at a point where you don’t have to diet all the time. It’s about more than a diet. More of a lifestyle. You get get big, ripped and muscular and if you slack on what you’re eating it will always start to go away.

That being said, I’m sure you definitely look better than you did at 280. Good work, don’t look for opportunities to slack off the “diet” though.

Definitely need more pics too. Your legs take up like half your body. Show us what they look like. And beings your back is the biggest muscle group, They’re pretty important too.
