DAMN man, hope he recovers! Probably one of the best physiques on this site, if not the best!
Hey Kiyoshi,
How do you rank Procore protein? How easy is it on your gut? How’s the taste?
Please check your PMs if you can!
Hope your recent pec injury gets better.
What are some of your measurements, and could you post any pictures of yourself in the off season?
We has similar proportions and a similar height, although you probably have 30 pounds more lean body mass then me. Hopefully in a few years I’ll look as good as you. Its inspiring that you’re natural, hopefully I can pull it off too.
You’re looking great, and good luck.
Absolute class act. Kyoshi, you da man!
Great job, and amazing physique. Wishing you a speedy recovery from that pec tear.
Kiyoshi, forgive me if this sounds stalker-ish, but I could’ve sworn I saw you training back today at LA Fitness.
You are a beast.
To those who accuse Kiyoshi of steroid abuse, if you saw him up close and in person you’d know that he was natural.
Goodluck!
Kiyoshi, very impressive.the most muscular pos,you look like a smaller phil heath.

Wow, Didnt know this thread still up. lol. well, well!!! Let me start off saying thank you to everyone for the compliments whether good or bad. Everyone is entitled to there opinion.
To USNS Physique, if you are still checking this thread once in awhile. Brother it’s all good. Whether you think Iam a cheat or not. I think the thing that matters is what I believe, correct? The only person your cheating is yourself. So have i ever used steroids? No, Do I now? NO. Have I thought about it? Yes. Will I in the future if I receive a Pro Card? That is the only question I cant answer. I have a little girl to think about and I dont want to miss any part of her life. So when the time comes to make that decision if it ever does. It will be along process. Also the thing to remember, which alot of people that see me off stage are saying now. Is damn you look bigger on stage, you look at least 220 to 230.lol. It’s an illusion. How you present your physique and try to hide your flaws. Iam not as big as you might think. Conditioning wise, I try to do my best and I will try to go above and beyond. Have I peaked yet. I believe not. Also remember I have played professional sports from NFL to being a World Class 100m sprinter, so I know what it takes to take it to the next level as far as training and dieting etc… So with that being said everyone is entitled to there opinion so it’s all good!!! Actually it’s a compliment and it also fuels my fire. So to you I say thank you very much!!!
i’ve been following this thread for some time now. it’s getting pretty funny from all the haters. i truly think you have a great physique and that you are natural as well. i’m not some dick rider nor a hater. i just understand that you should take someones word for it. its truly hard to believe that in the world we live in today that someone would be natural until someone pointed a finger at me. a friend i know asked me if i was using drugs because i was gone for a long time and came back with a great physique ( not a bodybuilders though).
i laughed so hard because that was teh greatest compliment i had ever got. in past thinking i thought i would be annoyed at someone saying i used drugs but damn it feels so good to be at a level where people think you cheat. that must mean i’m doing something right. i don’t even have my diet down correctly. i just workout everyday after work.
but anyways i gave you a 10 because you are. i hope that you continue to stay on track and motivate people as you are doing now. shii…i know i will look like that at 37 as well because i’m gonna keep pushing.
ps. oh yeah pm with any advice on books regarding diet and also i would like to know how you started your business with your store.

Wow man, 100% class act. 10 all the way. Its hard enough competing in high school without the temptation of using steroids. I can’t imagine what its like in the big leagues. You are a true inspiration to me at least. I have the same problem with eating. Less than 6 meals a day and instantly I’ve lost all the weight that took weeks to amass. Keep kickin’ ass and God bless.
Thank you very much. Your compliment is greatly appreciated!!!
During my student teaching I use to give talks about steroid abuse etc… to highschool students.I know sometimes it can be a big thing in highschool especially if your playing football and the team is highly ranked. There is alot of pressure. You cant succomb to the pressure. Keep training hard. I have maybe 10 kids I train out here in California that work there butt off. they eat clean most of the time and train hard. 6 out of the ten has or will earn D1 scholys in football. Not all of my ahtletes are looking to take it to the next level they just want to get better. With proper training and dieting can you achieve these higher goals?YES!!! Anytime you have a question ask away!!!
awesome natural physique.I am turning 35 soon and wanted your opinion. Can I still compete in bodybuilding someday, or have I passed my window. what do you think?
hard for me to rate physiques at this level anything less than a 10

Hey bro thanks for the compliment. I remember someone told me when I was in my twenties it’s going to get better as you get older. I blew them off. But I can tell you now it’s very true. You can always compete and do very well. It depends all on you how bad you want it and how serious you are.
