Great body I just dont understand why you claim to be natural, some of us know better. Your not. I have had athletes pass drug tests when the IFBB was testing so I know how easy it is to beat those.Your muscles are too full and round to be natural. I’m not tearing you down at all. Hell I dont care if you tell everyone your natural but expect to be called out.
It’s all good. I get called out all the time!! I was even accused of using when I was a world class sprinter and qualified for the olympic trials. Was I tested then of course and you know how stringent the IOC is on testing they catch you if you use a cold medicine.
Did I pass? Yes, without a doubt. Everyone said how could my times go from running a 10.4 100m to a 10.18 100m in less than 6 months. So I have been accused!! It’s all good. If you were to see me in person and not on stage you might think otherwise.
Good luck to you
Damn, taking 0.22 seconds off an already elite PB in six months is insane! Im assuming it was electronically timed.
Just out of interest how old were you and what was your approximate bodyweight when you ran 10.18?
Also why did you give up sprinting? If you dropped from 10.4 to 10.18 in 6 months you must surely have had the potential to eventually go sub 10 secs.
Awesome physique by the way!
Yes the time was electionically timed!!! With the right coach correcting your form and working on the weaknesses anything can be accomplished. Thats all he did. From there my times just dropped.
I was 22 when I ran these times. I believe my weight was around 170 to 175. No higher than 180. Our coach had us on a diet.
After qualifiying for the olympic trials I ran in a meet the following week. In that meet I was the anchor of our 4x100m relay team. We were running against the top Jr. College teams in the nation that year. We had the lead when I received the baton. About 50meters in the race my whole body did a flip. I tried to get up but couldnt walk. Tore the hamsting muscle away from the bone. There was no pain for about 3 to 5 minutes then I dont remember anything after that but waking up in th hospital. I tried running after that but could never maintain my top speed over 60meters. So I stuck with football where I played professional arena football.
So now I have parents that know me or heard of me in my area wanting me to train there kids for track or football to help develop there speed.
It’s a damn shame, ain’t it? I ran in college too. I still run, but because of injuries, I’ll never again be the athlete I was. Fortunately, training fills some of that competitive void, though. EXCELLENT physique you’ve built![/quote]
Thanks bro for the compliment!!! I had my time and enjoyed it. Sometimes when I go to the highschool track meets around the area where I live people still talk about me. I will catch my name here and there, especially when people dont know your sitting right there. lol. it’s pretty cool.
