Well guys iv been lifting for about 4 years now, after a year of training i weighed 140 at 5 10 and i was starting college, i knew it was time to buckle down and start eating and lifting serious… Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated. The more the better, i really like hearing what people think both positive and negative. I know im no monster but dammit im trying to get there Here is me at 140
Just some quiiiiickkk advice:
No one will be able to tell anything unless you take better pictures, ask what you are looking for (as in what i need to work on or things like that), and most likely it would help to post diet and workout.
But I’m just saying.

Nice progress. From what little I can tell, your legs are lagging a bit behind your upper body.

Your fine man, yea i guess that makes me look like im exploding with process when the true fact of the matter is that its taking me a LONG ass time to gain weight here is a pic of me a year ago. Very slow weight gain with increased body fat (i know this is normal but damn its depressing)

Progress is evident, and that’s great. In this sport, it’s consistency that matters, a little here and a little there is all you’ll ever get, and sooner or later, it’s a lot of littles that makes your phsyique alot!
With your posing, raise your elbows in the double Bi Shots, it brings out your lats and makes your bi’s look bigger.
Keep it going, your looking great, especially for someone so young!

Seems like you are on the right track. Your upper body looks a bit ahead of your lower body. Variations of squats and lunges will bring up some nice size.
Keep on truckin, bulk up to good weight, cut down and show us what you got when you got it.
That was for Halloween, i actually got 2nd place for sexiest outfit…(god ima catch shit on here for that) ANYWAYS i had a mullet wig and actual bullets in that vest along with a red bandanna just like Rambo.

Regardless of how long it took you, thats some awesome progess, whats your diet look like? In these pics I don’t really think it looks like you gained all that much body fat imo.
Well i have been Blessed/Cursed with a super high metabolism sooooo i have to eat to the point where i feel like ima puke lol.
9:30 Wake up And eat a huge bowl of either Oatmeal with splenda or cerial with a protein shake.
10:30 a lil bit of turkey or protein shake
1:20 I eat a huge lunch cause i have a meal plan at my cafeteria.
-10 egg whites 2 yellows
-Big turkey sandwich with a ton of turky
-Large bowl of pasta with red sauce and parmision cheese. With this i eat 2 hamburger patties mixed in with it. and a banana
i lift at 3
430: Surge recovery drink with some Biotest creatine and a scoop of protien
630 dinner time!
usually very similar to lunch
8 egg whites
Lots of pasta
maybe a hamburger pattie
(sometimes this varries with other meats chicken/ham/yat yata yaa)
And some form of a green veggy
10 ill have some yogurt or cottage cheese
12: I make a shake using
1/4 a jar of natural peanut butter, 1 percent milk, oatmeal, and 40 grams of protein powder. And i drink this as im going in bed. i figure this shake is around 1000ish calories
Yea man I went to Michigan State my Freshman year before transfering somewhere else, and I think that was the best part of the whole dorm life was I had unlimited meal plan and could go and eat whenever I wanted… but your lunch is pretty damn solid

Nope im at a college in south Georgia called Valdosta State University. I go to every UGA football game though
