BTW, now you know why sometimes your posts are published faster than others when Lisa Marie’s modding from her bed. Imagine waking up with 25 messages in your queue ;-D
Thank you for that mental image.
Seriously.

Hahahha.
This politics forum is one of the best on the net, namely because you guys let us rake each other over the coals. It is truly, “Only the strong survive” down there.
We appreciate it.
I wonder if the mods notice compulsive message editors. I have this habit of posting, then editing it about 3 or 4 goddamn times because I always seem to want to change things around after I see it in the thread. Perhaps I’m not the only one, or they fear my posts because of the 4 edits coming right behind it.

No kidding! When you cross out of the politics forum back into reality, or just other forums, you have to change gears or it won’t be pretty!!!

LOL. Yup, there’s some posters you just know to expect a correction or two, but I don’t remember you as being one of them.

You’re so sweet, Mod FKATO, and a very good friend. You’re right, those photos were after a 6 month layoff and a 6 month rehab. I’m back in better shape now.
I agree we have an awesome group of mods here, and I consider all of them friends! This is hardly “work” when it’s so much fun…well, except leading up to elections. ![]()

No, no. He is. Trust me on this. ![]()
Although, since we now have that handy-dandy automatic spellchecker in the Preview mode, I would hope to see less and less edits from everyone. (Am I an optimist or what?!?)
I agree…the mods are great ![]()
But back to that spell check thing…I was kind of irritated that “cardio” comes up as a misspelled word. What gives??? Isn’t there some way that you guys can make your own personalized spell checker that relates to commonly used terms around here?

That would be something to mention to the best Tech Guy on teh 1ntern3t…LowfatMatt, over in the “Spell Check Suggestion” thread:
http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=1296646
I could’ve sworn he already talked about the difficulties of personalizing the spellcheck, but I can’t find where it was.

Now thats funny.
Just curious:
Do the Mods see who is online at any given time?

No, we don’t see or have access to anyone’s PM’s… should we? ![]()
Not necessarily, but somebody should. I know I would never own any webspace where there was anything I didn’t have access to which is why I host all my own shit. I was just wondering if the PM’s were actively moderated more as a professional curiosity.
Thanks,
PMs can be hacked. The mods may not know how. You can bet T-Nation’s lawyers are aware of the potential liability if PMs are involved in illegal acts.

Just curious, in your opinion what makes us Aussies so crazy?
I’m really glad Tiribulus started this thread. The Mods do their jobs so seamlessly that I didn’t even realize that posts were pre-screened before they were posted. I thought everyone here just knew how to go far enough but not too far.
I especially think they deserve a lot of credit for letting stuff get through even when you know it probably annoys the crap out of them. The recent CW article is a case in point, even though some people at T-Nation obviously were getting sick of it, by letting stuff get aired, people did start to see CW’s point from a different perspective.
Good job, Mods!

Umm…can I be honest???
Not to insult anybody, but I think the Politics forum is a bit goofy.
Sorry.
I’ve been curious for some time now…
MOD BURT REYNOLDS, HOW DID YOU GET YOUR MOD NAME???
