I work from home as a senior administrator for a US based web site with four administrators and eight moderators under me. The moderators are the unsung heroes of any web site with busy forums. All of ours are volunteers, God bless 'em. They do so much, and I can never thank them enough.
From what I’ve seen, this web site is managed very professionally, and there is a lot of latitude on the censorship of posts. I’d say the moderators here are doing a GREAT job, and I’m always amazed at how fast they publish posts. I would like to give them a big thanks.

I edit my posts for spelling and grammar too; although not 4 or 5 times in a row, usually.
I want to know what some of your favourite (Canadian spelling comes up as wrong) threads are? There have to be quite a few, there is always some really funny stuff going on around this place.
