What Do My Weak Points Say?

I was hoping someone with a similar structure to mine, or just any knowledgeable person, could tell me the best way to go about training. I am 6’0, 180 lbs, at about 11% body fat. I am currently training to put on mass, but would still like to do occasional cardio.

I would say my weaker body parts are:

Triceps (particularly inner head)
Chest (particularly upper portion)
Calves (particularly inner portion)

I would say my faster-to-grow parts are:

Back (particularly upper back with exception of rear delts)
Front delts (once again, rear delts are underdeveloped)
Quads
Posterior Chain

According to the info above, what would you say the best way for me to train would be. Thanks for any advice.

For you exactly?

Just like everyone else. Progressive

The best way for you to train would be to focus on the basics and get brutally strong over the next 3-5 years while at the same time putting down a very large amount of calories and protein.

i’m pretty much exactly the same stats as you with different weak points

i’m just busting my ass and eating a ton and still getting great results

and im finding my weak parts are no longer as relatively weak as when i started - not doing anything special for them either.

just keep eating and play around with things, try out some different programs etc and see what makes you grow/add weight (both to the bar and to your frame) the fastest.
