What Do I Do With These Supps?

Apologies for judging you; you’re obviously pretty serious about this. Hopefully this post will restore your confidence in our maturity on this forum.

First off I’d recommend getting rid of creatine (that stuff is like steroids and makes your balls shrink) and
picking up some BSN No-Xplode. That stuff getz you ripd.
Then your going to need a weight gainer; i’d recommend Weider Mega Mass 2000 or Pharma Gain; take two shakes mid morning, one BEFORE working out, then you NO-Xplod post workout, then two more shakes right before bed. Now you said you were busy so you might need a pick-me up and a little something to cut the fat, try Femme Slender Couture Curves, it’s good stuff.

Hope this helps.
LOL

to the OP: quit weightlifting now. You’ll get nowhere with that ‘‘I might miss a meal, I might skip a workout, I am really busy,…’’ attitude.

Im a beginner, but not as infantile as you may think. I have worked out in spurts since junior high. Ive just never been too good at it.

I’m sorry for quoting another post. I just can’t get over these few sentances and what followed.

I’m facepalming so bad right now.

“SentAnces”? excuse me for typing “sentAnces”.

Once again, I apologize. I got distracted laughing at your post. Don’t take anything I say personal man, it’s all in good fun. I know you’re just looking for advice. From what I can tell so far, this is the place to find what you’re looking for. Just do some reading, you’ll find it.

Woah. People need to chill out! Maybe its some kind of defence mechanism because admitting that supplements help might undermine their gains?

JesusJunky - Of course supplements HELP, otherwise people wouldn’t buy them. Your goals don’t seem too lofty either. 20lb loss in 4 months with a bit of muscle gain sounds perfectly feasible. You have the motivation and consistency with the diet and training, go for it.

And if you’re a troll, suck a poo.
I know man. I dont know where all this is coming from. 20lbs in 4 mo. is only 5lbs a mo. Proper weight loss is 2-2.5 lbs a week.

Is this initiation or is this a genuine display of the intelligence these people have?

And Ive used them before, but I had someone writing my diet for me…all Im trying to find out is what will be the wrong way and the right way of taking them…thats all.

Oh wow…thanks for the 100th time.

But jesusjunky, don’t start having a go at peoples spelling using words like ‘combinate’…
The root word ‘bi’(-nate) suggests joining them in pairs more emphatically than “combin[ing]” them, As in all together at once.

I’m still not convinced about the definition and your use of the word. Anyway, best of luck on your training journey, take some before photos and show us your achievements in 4 months!
haha…k

I’m sure I’m feeding a troll here but oh well.

Supplements shouldn’t replace real food. If you’re really don’t have a few minutes to cook. Maybe you should stock up on some bananas, nuts, fruits, canned tuna, beef jerky. Also the time you spent typing your argument in this forum you could of research/google “protein timings, supplement stacks,10minute high protein meals, pros & cons of creatine,or whatever supplement”

As far as being strapped for time, you’re nothing special. Most of us on this forum are going through the same shit you are. The only difference is, that if we want to achieve something we will find the time for it. Time shouldn’t be an excuse if being healthy is your priority. There are tons of Tabatha methods,intervals,5/3/1,barbell complex & shit loads of other quick workouts listed on this site.

Good Luck.
I dont think you have a grandfather with dimensia and no equilibrium living with you…so I doubt youre going through the same, ahem - “shit”.

ugh, i should of known this was a troll job.
