I think I usually go bonkers before a rest day cause I feel like I have to work harder than I ever have in my entire life to justify resting Lol. But I have to work early today and didn’t really have very much time to slaughter shit
I also usually feel insanely strong after squat day cause I eat 2 times the sweet potato
but I just felt normal
No hulk-mode pour moi
but almost a long weekend so ill rest up damn good and hopefully feel stronger for Monday’s bench
