K I was thinking last night how my fear of imperfection might be holding me back with regards to gaining strength
I am so paranoid of a slightly imperfect rep that I’d rather not try then to try and have it be off and then have to deal with my wrath

Also, I have to really start coming to terms with the fact that I’ll probably be crooked for forever.

I’ve seen at least 7 chiropractors and well over 20 massage therapists and I am not really any less crooked than I was a year ago.

My newest chiropractor is really good though, and she seems to be helping with my crooked hips, but she said even my collar bone was crooked and how da fuck u fix that shit?
My upper body isn’t going to go back to normal
I get really upset doing back exercises, I could close my eyes, and poke the muscle, focus as hard as I can, but I cannot for the life of me build a mind muscle connection with my left side, rear delts especially . It’s always just clicky and stupid

Just the way it’s gonna be, I suppose. Lord knows I’m trying to fix it, but its sorta difficult when I don’t even really know what the problem is exactly.

Even if my workouts are fine, I can tell my mind and my hormones feel very fucked up if I go too many days without proper sleep. Not even the length really, it’s the getting up between 3 and 3:30 that kills me. If its more than 2 days in a row I start to go bonkers. I start thinking really irrational thoughts and I get very anxious and paranoid.

Even awesome workouts aren’t worth that . Which isn’t my typical way of thinking, but it’s a healthier way of thinking anyway.

Do you sleep on your side at night? Same side? Always using a computer and sitting the same way? (my 2 issues) You could also try using your left side to do normally right handed stuff. Brush teeth, eat, carry stuff IDK any time you see yourself reaching with your right use your left.
