I am considering taking a low carb pwo approach which consist of whey glutamine n glycine frm Coach Poliquin. I am considering between buying his brand of glycine ( which is much higher cost) and probably NOW brand. Any idea? Thanks

Now this is hilarious… hope I am missing something here. Chuck P charges $65 bucks for a bottle of his Glycine. One scoop is 10 grams of Glycine. Yet there is 14 grams of Glycine in 3.5 oz of sugar free Jello acording to this website. Not to mention all the other stuff its in. Just go nuts on a sugar free bowl of jello PWO if you think Glycine is important and save the dough.
